Leandro Feitosa

Engenharia, Operações & Supply

Graduated in Civil Engineering and with a Specialization in Competitive Intelligence, he developed his career in the industrial area by providing engineering solutions until he entered the recruitment business in 2017, attracted by the opportunity to transform the careers of technical executives in the market. Always working in the disciplines of Engineering and Operations, with his academic background and professional experience, he focuses on supporting and hiring executives for these areas at Kaptas.

Diego Alves, a psychologist, is passionate about technology and has been working in Talent Acquisition for over ten years in the Tech & Digital sector.

Throughout his career, he has worked at major financial market companies, holding positions at Itaú, Banco BV, XP, and BTG.

During this period, he was responsible for significant processes for various areas such as Software Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, Information Security, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics.

He was also responsible for leading major projects for IT professional development, participating in fairs, events, meetups, and hackathons.

Guilherme Fernandes

An enthusiastic sales entrepreneur and passionate about team development, he has a degree in Human Resource Management and is in the process of obtaining a degree in Administration. With years of experience in Talent Acquisition, he is a partner and leader in the Sales and Marketing vertical at Kaptas. Throughout his career, he has always adopted a comprehensive approach in the field of Human Resources, focusing intensely on the recruitment and selection process. This includes assessing needs, developing job descriptions, issuing opinions on candidates, as well as an active hunting process focused on the company’s culture.

Henry Novais

Kaptas Global – Co-founder

Henry Novaes, 45, began his professional career in 1998 in the financial area of Ambev. Over the course of 8 years, he made the transition to the financial sector, holding positions at BankBoston, Itaú and Citibank. During this time, he gained invaluable experience in product development, finance, market intelligence and expansion. In 2007, while contributing to an important expansion project, he recognised the potential and challenges of the Human Resources segment and market.

 

Seizing the opportunity, Henry ventured into entrepreneurship at the age of 30, inaugurating operations and investing in start-ups in the HR sector. Taking advantage of the sector’s growth and opportunities, he capitalised on his investments in recruitment, training and technology companies. Today, he maintains a dual presence in Brazil and the United States, actively contributing to the global expansion of the companies in which he has a stake.
